We select the best olives
The quality of the oil we produce is guaranteed by carefully following all stages of the production chain, a journey which starts from the selection of the raw material: the olives. We verify the absence of foreign raw materials unrelated to those declared and of contaminants, we ensure that the selected olives are genuine, so that the final product is a clean product, not polluted by external agents.
