We have been selecting the best quality Cultivars from throughout Puglia for over 80 years, we take them to our oil mill in Bari, where we take charge of each stage of the production chain, transforming the olives into a sublime, quality oil with an unmistakable flavour.



Land of olive trees

The Compagnia Olearia Italiana s.r.l. aims to safeguard natural resources, both the landscape and culture which characterize the areas of wetland of Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve where vast expanses of thousand-year-old olive trees grow. We value the territory and nurture the agricultural activity of olive growers, producing a final product which utilizes a wide variety of olives from all over the Apulian territory such as the Cellina di Nardò, the Coratina (among the oldest and longest-lived Apulian olives), Frantoio, Leccino and Ogliarola Barese (Apulian cultivar).
