Olive Oil

Made up of refined olive oils and virgin olive oils. Oil containing exclusively oils that have undergone a refining process and oils obtained directly from olives. This oil is particularly suitable for frying, thanks to its high smoke point and very stable acidic composition compared to seed oils. In addition, thanks to its neutral taste, it is suitable both as a raw condiment for those who do not like the intense taste of extra-virgin oil and for use in cooking dishes where the taste of the ingredients should not be altered.
