Olive Oil

Made from refined olive oils and virgin olive oils. Oil containing exclusively olive oils subjected to refining and olive oils obtained directly from the olives. This oil is especially suited for deep-frying owing to its high smoke point and its extremely stable acid content if compared to seed oil varieties. Its neutral taste makes it also fit to be used as a raw seasoning for all those who don’t like the intense flavour of extra virgin olive oil, and as a cooking oil for dishes where the taste of the ingredients should not be altered.
