Oil from Olive Residue

Oil exclusively containing oils obtained from the processing of the residue left over after the extraction of the olive oil, and oil obtained directly from the olives. Oil made from olive residue is particularly suited for deep-frying owing to its high smoke point and its extremely stable acid content if compared to seed oilvarieties.
